Since we will be holding our Personality Training Workshop next week I thought it appropriate to review a book by one of our Advanced Personality Trainers, Vickie Musni.
What business owner or salesperson does not want to increase their sales?
The sub-title of Personalities for Business is “The Busy Business Owner’s Guide to Increasing Sales and Improving Business Relationships.” When I first learned about the personalities I was still in corporate America so I can attest first hand to the power of understanding the personalities in the workplace. This is true even more so in sales.
Written from years of experience, Personalities for Business, details techniques Vickie and her clients have used to pave their road to accomplishment. This book will help you recognize differences, embrace strengths, overcome weaknesses, and gain new understandings about those in your workplace.
However, Musni has not only shared the valuable tools she has as a personality trainer, she has included several questions and devices to help you identify and understand not only your personality as the business owner but also that of your clients and customers. Each one taking you that one step closer to a successful business. In other words, she teaches you how to “speak” to each individual personality.
Vickie provides opportunities throughout the book to “Pause and Reflect.” As a person who needs to process, I see great value in this because it allows me to take what I’ve read and apply it to my own situation or circumstances.
